Notable accomplishments include structural changes to the Arlington General District Court eviction proceedings and practices to connect tenants facing evictions with eviction prevention resources, passage of a tax credit expansion promoting the acceptance of Housing Choice Vouchers in low poverty neighborhoods within the Virginia General Assembly, and passage of a source of income protection law within the Virginia General Assembly (in my personal capacity).
