The Feral Friends Network is a group of both organizations and individuals with hands-on Trap-Neuter-Return and feral cat expertise and veterinary practices and clinics that spay and neuter feral cats who serve as a resource to people in communities nationwide.

• Participating in ongoing federal, state, and local legislative animal protection advocacy
• Building a strong network of allies in Washington State’s 9th Congressional District, including appointed and elected lawmakers, to take action on behalf of animal protection issues
