“Meaghan and I worked together on many projects at FlashFunders, she as the head of the marketing team and I as the CTO. Over the past two years the most impressive thing about Meaghan was her consistent follow-through. Upon initiating a project she would diligently push it through design, implementation, approvals and final production rollout, always making sure the success metrics she’d outlined were being met or exceeded. Meaghan consistently advocated for and enabled more data to inform our business and product decision making processes, and planned for measuring as she was developing new features and messaging for the website. About two months after she joined (at which point the company had recently publicly launched) Meaghan presented a thoughtful brand strategy and production positioning that described our business in a way none of us had ever heard, and that helped our company align on a clearly defined target audience and key product differentiators. That presentation in turn served as the guide for our communications strategy moving forward, which from a product point of view meant Meaghan and my team undertook a website revamp to better articulate this point of view including drafting new website copy and heavily influencing design.
