🥣 *Bone Broth with Roasted Bones and Apple Cider Vinegar Soak* 🥣 This recipe incorporates both roasting the bones for added flavor and soaking them in apple cider vinegar to extract nutrients. Ingredients: - 🦴 2 pounds bones (beef marrow bones, knuckles, or chicken backs/necks) - 🍏 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar - 🧅 1 onion, unpeeled and quartered - 🥕 2 carrots, unpeeled and cut into large chunks - 🌿 2 celery stalks, cut into large chunks - 🍃 2 bay leaves - 🌶 1 teaspoon black peppercorns - 🧂 1 tablespoon sea salt - 💧 12 cups filtered water Instructions: 1. 🔥 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss the bones with a drizzle of olive oil and spread them on a baking sheet. Roast for 30-45 minutes, or until lightly browned.    2. 🍲 In a large pot, combine the roasted bones, apple cider vinegar, vegetables, bay leaves, peppercorns, and water. Let sit for 30 minutes, allowing the vinegar to work its magic.    3. 🔥 Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer, partially covered, for 24-48 hours. Aim for 24 hours for poultry bones and 48 hours for red meat bones.    4. 🍵 Strain the broth through a fine-mesh sieve and discard the solids. Let the broth cool completely. Once chilled, the fat will solidify on the surface. You can skim it off if desired.    5. 🥶 Store the broth in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage.
