In furtherance, but not in limitation of the office, the Executive Vice President’s primary duties shall be to:
1. Assist the President in the carrying out of his/her primary duties as may be requested by the President.
2. Serve as chairperson of the Bylaws Committee.
3. Serve as primary event coordinator for any “CIO events” or other special events that are outside of the defined responsibility of the Vice President(s) Programs.
