“Tim is a great guy and a great manager, there's a lot I respect about him. Not only is Tim extremely dedicated to his work and achieving excellence in everything he does, Tim is very successful and he has worked at many places with a known reputation of excellence. Tim is always very open minded and is open to his employees perspectives provided you can provide him solid reasoning to back up your assertion. Also, one of the things I respect about Tim most is how honest and transparent he is. Tim will always tell you the information you need to be successful, and he has a great sense of humor as well. Tim has high expectations for his employees as he does for himself, and he always makes our goals reachable and provides us the tools we need to get there. Tim is one of those guys who, despite being in a high position, is down to Earth, trustworthy, trusts his employees and is always willing to help his employees achieve their own professional goals. I feel like I owe a lot to Tim, he's made a big impact on me and I'm always a little starstruck around him. Tim values professional relationships, he cares about what others think and is modest. I feel very fortunate to have him as an individual in my life.”

You're about to interview for a job. How can you prove you're an organized person?
This might be just me, but the more prepared I am for an interview, the worse I interview. What is important is that you: Be crisp, confident, and succinct in answering questions (This will build trust and credibility during the interview and will demonstrate being prepared) Know enough about the company to sound competent. Know who you are interviewing with and a little about their background Be excited about the company and the opportunity, and be ready to ask relevant questions at the end of the interview. Never forget that the interview is just as much for you as it is for the company. Ask tough and direct questions about all aspects of the role and company.
