Most major tech companies are at Computex in Taiwan this week, and we're seeing a flood of announcements. The industry is buzzing following Jensen Huang's announcement of the next-generation Rubin GPU platform and associated Vera Arm CPUs. These will replace Grace, Hopper, and Grace Hopper as NVIDIA's scalable AI platform in 2026 and beyond. I think this is the right step as Google is one of the first hyperscale that uses custom stack from hardware to applications. NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang recently said, “I don't do 1-on-1s.” Why? He believes in transparency and collective learning. By sharing knowledge and feedback publicly, everyone learns from each other's experiences and insights. I loved this idea, but would like to take this idea a step further: don't use emails for team communications. Emails, by design, limit information to a select few, excluding others from important conversations. They are also a transient medium, nearly impossible to find later, especially by those not included in the thread, leading to corporate amnesia. Instead, shift discussions to corporate knowledge base systems like Atlassian Confluence. This creates a public forum centered around documents, where discussions are open, searchable, and contribute to our collective corporate knowledge. #collaboration #teamwork #nomoreemails
