Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Account Executive to be the main point of contact for brokers and employers. This role involves managing issue resolution, program administration, and onboarding new clients. With a focus on automating administrative tasks, we aim to allow you to dedicate more time to fostering relationships and providing proactive service.
What You'll Do:
Be the Go-To Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers and employers, ensuring client satisfaction and building strong, lasting relationships.
Resolve Issues: Efficiently handle and resolve client issues, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Manage Programs: Oversee program administration and assist with the seamless onboarding of new clients.
Streamline Processes: Work with internal teams to automate administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on client service and relationship management.
Handle Cases: Manage a portfolio of 20-30 cases, delivering top-tier service and support.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 5-6 years in an account executive or account manager role, preferably from a brokerage background.
Knowledge: A solid understanding of broker-client dynamics and experience in managing these relationships effectively.
Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Track Record: A proven history of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
