Job Description
Accountant Responsibilities:
Assist with month-end close, including the completion of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
Assist in the management of financial statement preparation and month-end and quarterly close
Oversee the completion of monthly consolidation financial packets for senior leadership
Collaborate with internal and external audits, generating audit expense reports
Perform key accounting procedures including month-end closing, financial statement preparation, fixed assets, and more
Prepare various states sales and use taxes
Complete and review monthly account reconciliations, including variance analysis
Carry out monthly bank reconciliations
Regularly maintains detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts
Lead the reconciliation of all intercompany foreign accounts
Assist in the creation of monthly entries on a global scale to close the international books
Collaborate with internal and external tax team in the preparation of tax return

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of experience in Accounting
Manufacturing industry experience preferred
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Word
Strong business communication and analytic skills
Excellent attention to detail
