This role is crucial in documenting our company’s financial transactions, preparing comprehensive financial statements, and handling general accounting duties. We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized individual with a strong understanding of accounting best practices.
Responsibilities
Financial Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data and transactions.
Budget Analysis: Analyze budgets and other financial information to provide insights.
Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy.
Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports and statements.
Transaction Verification: Verify the accuracy of all entered transactions.
Accounts Management: Process accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently.
Policy Creation: Develop and implement accounting policies to comply with all relevant regulations.
Qualifications
Language Skills: Ability to speak Chinese is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or in a similar role is advantageous.
Accounting Knowledge: Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems.
Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Communication: Excellent time management and communication skills.
