Job Position: Accounting Trainee

Job Location: Atlanta GA

Reports To: Vice President Accounting

Job Summary: The Accounting Trainee is a newly created role in our company, which offers recent college graduates an opportunity to develop leadership skills and gain hands-on Accounting experience in a corporate environment. New WinCup Holdings, Inc. is looking for students who are recent graduates or graduate students. The training program is a 90 day program, upon successful completion the candidate will be offered an opportunity as a Staff Accountant in one of the Core Accounting Responsibilities.

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Exposure and daily support in areas of General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Treasury.
• Accounting and administration of sales marketing rebate programs
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial close
• Assisting FP&A for analytics.
• Performing ad-hoc tasks as required by the team.

• Eager to learn and a willingness to roll your sleeves up and get involved.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently obtained (within the last three months) a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
