Immediate opening for a skilled Administrative Assistant with strong QuickBooks and professional services business experience required. Do not apply if you don't meet these requirements.

This is a front-desk position in a small CPA firm in South Russell (Chagrin Falls). Proficiency in QuickBooks is required. Responsibilities include answering the phone, greeting clients and visitors, maintaining multiple companies in QuickBooks, managing web-based software applications, and working knowledge of the full suite of Microsoft Office products. Must be able to prioritize and multi-task and work independently and unsupervised. Friendly and professional demeanor and willingness to work both independently and as a team member are critical.
