Account Executive - Advertising

Our client is a full-service marketing agency committed to delivering smart, insightful, effective creative campaigns for clients across public health, healthcare, and consumer products. They are looking for an Advertising Account Executive to develop and build strategically insightful marketing and brand campaigns. The team is collaborative and supportive and dedicated to supporting the community and building corporate initiatives surrounding diversity and inclusion.

THE ROLE:

• Lead the creation and execution of advertising and marketing campaigns to enhance client brand awareness.
• Work independently with minimal direction, while effectively collaborating with agency teams and departments to deliver client projects.
• Guide team members and clients in developing strategic communication plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee research and analysis efforts to identify target audiences and craft compelling messages.
• Collaborate with internal agency departments to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication across all channels.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to introduce innovative ideas, ensuring strong attention to detail for reporting and billing.

THE PROFILE:

• 3-7 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field, with a strong preference for advertising agency experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling messages and adapting communication styles for different audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, social media platforms, and media monitoring tools.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive and creative problem-solving skills, knowledge of the current media landscape, and emerging advertising trends, with a positive and flexible attitude.
