We are a $25 million insurance agency that helps clients with mortgage protection and financial services.

Our call center is looking for a leader who will run our newly growing hiring department.

*Remote Position*

$15/hr plus commission (after 30 days)



Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Messaging candidates via multiple CRMS to schedule them for an interview
  • Dialing candidates to schedule for interviews
  • Conduct group interviews on zoom with functioning camera
  • Help new hires through the training process to hit certain advancements
  • Tracking results for improvement


Required:

  • 1 year call center experience
  • Must have computer/laptop, hispeed internet
  • Basic computer knowledge; Excel is a plus
  • Ability to build professional relationships
  • Canva knowlesge is a plus
  • Understand this is a 1099 Contracted position
