Art Marketing Associate – North America

Animated Storyboards is a full-service global animation company headquartered in New York. As an Art Marketing Associate you will be responsible for maintaining, scheduling, and booking the artists on our roster for any project needs, while also assisting with global digital marketing efforts.

IDEAL CANDIDATE: 

• 1-2 years experience working in Advertising or TV Production (Ad Agency or Art Buyer experience is a plus) 
• Knowledge of camera angles and framing.
• A highly motivated self-starter with experience working in a fast-paced environment with a passionate team in a remote but global virtual office 
• Proficient with Social Media management and engagement 
• Proficient with computers: Mac, (Excel, Word), Keynote, Adobe, Outlook, Google, & more… 
• ​​Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus 

MARKETING:

The suitable candidate will be tasked with helping the Marketing Department, including but not limited to: 

• Lead generation
• E-blast creation
• Website updates (Wordpress experience a plus)
• Social media management & engagement (Meta: Instagram & Facebook), LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube
• Guidance with SEO, SEM, Google Business (GBL, GSC, Ads, & Analytics). 
• Experience working with or managing creatives is a plus.
• Creative database upkeep: knowledge of CRM Systems (ZOHO CRM experience a plus) 
• Work with the North America Marketing Team to learn existing ASB Marketing workflows to help cover as needed. (i.e. bidding, scheduling, etc)

ARTIST MANAGEMENT

• Build and maintain relationships with our artists
• Onboard new artists for our global roster.  
• Coordinate the availability, booking, and scheduling for our artists.
• Negotiate prices and purchase agreements
