Assistant Director Of Finance Responsibilities And Qualifications
2+ years of experience in hotel accounting and leadership
Supervise and manage hotel accounting activities, including cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Oversee the daily accounting functions for a large hotel complex (excluding casino operations) and assist the Director of Finance
Support the Director of Finance in leading a large accounting team, covering areas such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and purchasing
Examine financial data and operational performance, providing guidance to Department Heads to achieve the hotel's financial goals
