Hotel Assistant Director Of Finance Benefits And Qualifications
Base salary of around 100K plus Bonus opportunity of 20%.
PTO / 401K with match /Medical, Dental & Vision plan
2+ years of experience in general hotel accounting / Managing a small team.
Accounting or Finance degree preferred but not required.
Assistant Director Of Finance Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily accounting operations for a large hotel complex (Non Casino) and supporting the Director of Finance.
Monitoring and Control of hotel accounting operations, cash flow, AP/AR, budget, forecasting, and reporting.
Assist DOF to manage a large accounting team, A/R, A/P, Payroll, and Purchasing
Analyze financial data and operations and advise Department Heads in maintaining the hotels’ financial objectives.
