Benefits and Qualifications for the Hotel Assistant Director of Finance:
Competitive base salary, $90k-$100K.

Requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in hotel accounting.
A degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance is preferred.
Responsibilities Of The Hotel Assistant Director Of Finance
Oversee the daily accounting functions of a hotel complex and provide support to the Director of Finance.
Manage and maintain control over various aspects of hotel accounting operations, including cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Collaborate with the Director of Finance in supervising a sizable accounting team covering Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Purchasing.
Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data and operations, offering guidance to Department Heads to uphold the financial objectives of the hotels.
