Base pay range

$58,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

  • Input initial property budget drafts promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor compliance with the established budget.
  • Prepare and review all vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with vendor contracts and client accounting procedures.
  • Prepare vendor invoices for property manager approval and issue them to the accounting department for processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness through electronic processes.
  • Assist the property manager in preparing timely and accurate monthly variance revenue/expense reports and provide other financial reporting information as required by the client.
  • Maintain and distribute all work orders, and review daily security and janitorial reports.
  • Initiate follow-up actions as appropriate and notify the property manager of any problems or incidents.
  • Maintain tenant and vendor certificates of insurance.
  • Prepare monthly janitorial square footage logs.
  • Keep current reports and perform regular audits on reserved parking, card access key logs, and utility logs.
  • Prepare and track maintenance/repair purchase orders/contracts daily.
  • Answer incoming calls and distribute messages.
  • Accurately maintain accounting records, tenant files, vendor files, and emails electronically.
