Location: Irvine, CA - 92606

Duration: 9 Months

Space Designation: Shared = each worker onsite 40-60% of the time and shared workspace utilized at least 80%

Job Description

  • In our Critical Care business unit, we offer a unique opportunity for an MBA intern passionate about brand management.
  • You will play a pivotal role in executing global marketing campaigns, developing materials, and planning promotional activities.
  • Your focus will be on managing the promotional needs of our advanced connectivity portfolio of products.
  • By keeping clinicians, patients, and employees at the forefront, you will bring our strategies, communications, and experiences to life in ways that resonate globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute compelling brand campaigns that align with our business objectives.
  • Efficiently lead and manage projects to ensure on-time delivery and consistent updates to stakeholders.
  • Conduct comprehensive competitor marketing analysis, focusing on product positioning, messaging, promotional materials, and conference presence.
  • Manage the production, scheduling, and approval process for various communication mediums such as print and digital brochures, advertisements, event content, webpages, mobile apps, sales, and clinical materials.
  • Facilitate production-level communication between the company and external vendor/agency contacts, providing updates or creative feedback as needed.
  • Ensure all materials comply with legal and regulatory standards. Implement and direct changes according to corporate brand guidelines, BU style guides, and regional ethics guidelines (e.g., EucoMed, AdvaMed).
  • Proofread and edit materials, ensuring alignment with corporate identity, brand strategy, marketing guidelines, and trademark requirements.
  • Handle incidental duties, including sourcing and managing digital assets, conducting research, undertaking special projects, and performing assigned brand-related tasks.

Must-Have Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and adaptability to new technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation skills as a valuable asset.
  • Solution-focused mindset with robust problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative abilities.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and experience in print and multimedia production.
  • Eagerness to learn about procedures and products through available resources.
  • Ability to collaborate across organizational levels and within cross-functional team environments, building productive internal/external relationships.
  • Commitment to adhering to all company rules and requirements, including pandemic protocols and environmental health & safety rules, while taking measures to prevent injuries and environmental pollution.

Experience & Education

  • A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years of related work experience, or
  • Completing a Master's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
