Chief Financial Analyst/100% Remote in FL

Position Overview

The Chief Financial Analyst is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company and providing strategic financial guidance to the senior management team. They will be a key member of the leadership team, ensuring the company's financial health and driving growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial strategies and plans to support the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data and present findings to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure the company's financial stability.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key financial institutions and partners.
• Lead and develop a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support to drive their professional growth.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends and market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• CPA certification is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, in the financial services or banking industry.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
  
  

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience in the banking industry is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of cash management and treasury operations.
• Previous experience in accounting or financial management roles.
