Commercial Assistant Property Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with tenant relations such as collecting rent, processing payments, and responding to tenant inquiries timely
  • Provide administrative support, including lease renewals, lease compliance, and distributing communications to tenants
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts related to asset and property management activities
  • Coordinate property maintenance and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues
  • Collect outstanding balances
  • Process rent payments, invoices, vendor payments, and annual tax billings
  • Maintain up-to-date records
  • Act as liaison for vendors and contractors


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial property management
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
