We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Recruiter with specialized experience in life sciences space, specifically for clinical development operations and trial management recruiting. This role will be pivotal in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our clinical development and operations team. The successful candidate will leverage their industry knowledge and recruiting expertise to ensure a seamless hiring process for roles critical to our clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for positions within clinical development operations and trial management
Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and job specifications
Provide guidance on market trends and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide timely updates on their application status
Recruitment Process Management:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume reviews, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Life Sciences, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on clinical development operations and trial management roles
Proven track record of successfully filling specialized roles in the life sciences industry
Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
