All Clean Facilities Services is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Controller, to play a primary role in all aspects of the daily and monthly accounting activities. This position should have growth aspirations/potential to match our company growth. This is a full-time salary exempt position.
Duties And Responsibilities
As the Lead member of the accounting department, the Controller will be responsible for the following:
Oversight of all Accounting Functions; A/R; A/P and G/L
Correspond with Federal and State agencies
Daily/Weekly preparation of Service/Job related revenue reconciliations and coding; including resolving any discrepancies.
Review, document, and train Accounting Process/Procedures with all other All Clean Services members.
Prepare documents and data injects for creation of Account Analysis Trend Reporting & Ongoing Monthly Financial Analysis.
Process/Approve Travel and Expense reports, Vendor/Subcontractor Payable submissions for proper accounting.
Assist with performance/management of Day-to-Day Accounting Operations.
Ensure Quality Control and compliance with Financial Transactions.
Perform monthly Balance sheet and other account reconciliation management.
Improve for Process improvement and systems Automation and transitions.
Record Monthly Journal Entries for Month end close process, quarter-end and year-end close.
Manage Monthly Insurance Compliance both Process & Reconciliations.
Maintain Key Accounting and Company Records & Files.
Assist Management with ad-hoc projects and reporting.
Qualifications / Knowledge & Experience:
Must be a self-starter, and results driven.
Undergraduate 4-year degree, Accounting Major, from an accredited College/University. Will consider strong verified work experience in lieu of degree
Positive and professional demeanor, strong integrity and character, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to interact effectively with a variety of team members in various departments.
Collaborative skills: works cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives
Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Basic understanding and proficiency of US and local GAAP.
Strong experience with QuickBooks online, ADP
intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Share Point.
