Legend Staffing is partnering with a leading healthcare manufacturing company to find a top-notch Controller - direct hire!

Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 + Bonuses

Location: North Scottsdale

In this role, you'll:

· Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting

· Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures

· Coordinate and prepare internal and external financial statements

· Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

· Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes

· Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements

· Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic initiatives

You'll be a great fit if you have:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

· Manufacturing or related industry experience

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· CPA (Preferred)
