Corporate Communications Manager

As the Corporate Communications Manager, you will lead a global team to craft and execute communication strategies that drive Tenneco’s strategic vision and change management initiatives at an unparalleled pace.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive the execution of communication strategies that align with and propel Tenneco’s vision and goals alongside the global communication team
• Lead and mentor a highly motivated team to exceed expectations
• Develop and deliver communication plans and campaigns, inclusive of internal and external channels, that inform, engage and guide employees and stakeholders
• Oversee the creation and delivery of compelling, high-quality content across multiple platforms to amplify brand messages
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration
• Continuously analyze and report on communication effectiveness, driving constant improvement and innovation

EDUCATION: A bachelor’s degree in communications, English, journalism, marketing or related field

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of seven years in corporate communications, with a minimum of three years leading a team
• Proven experience within a global organization, supporting significant organizational priorities and change through strategic communication initiatives
• Able to succeed in fast-paced, dynamic environment with autonomy
• Superior written and verbal communication skills and ability to create clear, concise and impactful messages
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with a knack for influencing and engaging stakeholders
• Skilled in utilizing communication tools and platforms, including social media, CMS and analytics software.
