Job Description
Manage a large team of senior leaders
Responsible for the Americas P/L
Consolidate the financial statements of 5 entities.
Manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Develop and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records.
Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Conduct financial analysis, identify areas of improvement, and make strategic recommendations.
Manage external auditor relationship and ensure smooth conduct of audit process for US and global entities
Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
Manage month-end and year -end close and consolidated financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Related Degree
CPA or similar Certification preferred
10 - 15+ years as a Finance Leader
Multi-Business Unit and Consolidation Accounting experience essential
Advanced Excel and additional systems/ERP usage
Ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to stakeholders at all levels
Exceptional leadership abilities and a track record of building and managing high-performing teams
Experience managing international teams
Consumer Goods Experience
Experience with 3PL
