National leader in wholesale building products is looking for a Customer Service Manager (CSM) to lead and mentor a team of Service Reps dealing with product claims and warranty issues. The CSM will work with internal and external customers, distributors, contractors, etc. to resolve product issues.
The ideal candidate has:
3+ years managing a team of customer service reps
Track record of mentoring and growing a customer service team
Previous experience with a CRM tool (Salesforce, JDE/PeopleSoft)
Is committed to resolving customer issues and providing a positive customer experience
Previous experience with product claims and/or warranty issues
