Position : Developer (Backend) III
Location : Overland Park, KS (Onsite)
The ideal candidate will possess most of the following skills:
MUST: SQL Server maintenance with ability to create/edit/troubleshoot ETL, SSIS packages, other SQL objects
Familiarity with standard database management tools and software, such as Microsoft Access, Oracle Database, and phpMyAdmin
Experience in developing report (using PowerPivot, PowerBI etc), investigate data using SQL queries (Teradata SQL Assistant, SQL server, Toad) to perform ad-hoc data analysis.
Power BI, Power Query back end connectivity and functionality
Hands-on experience with the following: Advanced MS Excel/ VBA, PowerPivot, Power BI, Teradata, MS SQL Server, Python
Job Description, Responsibilities
At least 5 years relevant experience required. Back-end developer to work closely with our business partners to ensure data and systems consistency and improve user experience. Ultimately, you should be able to develop and maintain functional and stable data pipeline architectures, assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional/non-functional business requirements. Work with stakeholder teams to assist with data related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs. Good communication skills as well as ability to jump in and quickly resolve data issues.
