About The Role
We are looking for a self-motivated and creative Digital Content and Email Manager to support our client’s business by executing design activities. You will be in charge of creating content and design assets to ensure that they fit with the look and feel of our client’s brand. You will create email marketing campaigns to fit their annual marketing plan as well as oversee the management of social media accounts and create social media advertisements. The Digital Content and Email Manager will setup and run photoshoots and update Shopify for marketing campaigns and merchandising strategy. This role will work closely with all channels of their business, but will work on a daily basis on the direct-to-consumer channels and reports to the Director of Ecommerce & Business Analytics.
The ideal candidate will bring a high level of energy and enthusiasm to learn and master the ins and outs of our client’s business, is willing to roll up his/her sleeves where needed, and enjoys a fast-paced and results-oriented culture. Our client runs on a lean team, and all team members must have a willingness and ability to be cross-trained and help out other team members as needed.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Email & SMS Marketing: Lead all email marketing needs including ideation process, monthly campaign planning, execution of creative, scheduling email sends and reporting results
- Plan, create and execute marketing emails in Klaviyo
- Actively manage contact list growth and health to ensure strong email inbox deliverability
- Plan, create and send SMS marketing campaigns through Attentive
- Social Media: Manage all social media advertising responsibilities for our client’s brands including strategy, content creation, planning and execution
- Respond to customer inquiries on all social media channels
- Create and execute social media content and content calendar that will engage, grow and convert followers
- Organize and manage Interbrand giveaways
- Influencer Program: Own all pieces of the influencer gifting program including day to day management as well as accelerated growth of this channel
- Lead all planning and execution including organization, tracking and following up with influencers
- Manage influencer software and report on influencer campaign results
- Negotiate terms as needed across the gifting and paid influencer program
- Photo/Video Shoots: Oversee planning and execution of photo shoots and video shoots
- Manage all shoot logistics from pre-production through post-production
- Implement system for organizing props, backgrounds and sets for photography/videography
- Creative/Content Direction: Play a key role in content strategy, storytelling and creative direction across digital and ecommerce channels
- Ensure marketing, eCommerce and retail channels are delivering brand-building and traffic- driving stories to customers
- Champion innovation and evolution of brand to stay relevant and compelling
- Ecommerce: Work closely with the Director of eCommerce & Business Analytics on eCommerce day-to- day needs
- Oversee the eCommerce calendar, containing all key events and deployment dates for product launches, promotions and content
- Update Shopify for marketing campaigns and merchandising needs
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar field
- 1-3 years of working experience in digital content creation and/or marketing; ecommerce a plus
- Passion for photography and videography a plus
- Experience working with software programs including Klaviyo, Canva, and Photoshop are a plus
- Experience working with eCommerce platforms, specifically Shopify, are a plus
- Ability to think creatively about the brand and get excited about where the brand is going in the future
- Strong aptitude for creative concept and innovation. Desire to create and test new content to see how their audience responds
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and prioritization; strong attention to details
- Ability to work independently and proactively, switch gears quickly and move from task-to-task
- Natural problem solver, analyzing and thinking through opportunities and objectives
- Position is based in Charleston, SC with flexibility to be remote for the right candidate
