Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
We are excited to announce that we are growing our team with a Director of Marketing for our growing HR Consulting and Recruitment business.
As the Director of Marketing your primary responsibility will be to shape and execute the growth marketing strategy for Empower Partnerships. This role, you will be a member of the leadership team. The role requires a strategic thinker and experienced marketer who can develop, implement, and personally execute effective marketing programs to grow wallet share with existing customers and attract new customers. This role will oversee the strategy, planning, and execution of employment branding for both Empower Partnerships, and our RPO clients. The role is also responsible for content creation, social media marketing, sales and internal presentations and will own the branding look and feel of the organization. Working in a very collaborative environment, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with our esteemed client partners and internal teams. This position will report to the CEO.

What you will do as the Director of Marketing
Develop and execute the employment branding strategy with focus area in Human Resources , Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
Create and execute strong, creative client branded recruitment marketing strategies for our RPO clients to attract top talent to their organization(s)
Working collaboratively with internal teams, create sales decks, messaging and go to market strategy
Create compelling content for blog posts, job advertisements, press releases and white papers
Own the company website to tell the Empower Partnerships story and ensure ease of use for all visitors including clients, candidates and internal teams
Through social media channels, evangelize Empower Partnerships with customers, and partners to increase voice to market and elevate brand position
Research, and apply for potential company and leadership awards and recognition
Plan marketing strategies, conduct weekly strategy meetings, and proactively resolve any challenges that may arise
Create sales enablement content in conjunction with the sales and recruiting teams
Partner with recruiting, sales, and operations team leadership to assist in team training and development of internal and client teams
What you need to qualify as our Director of Marketing
Strong people skills, along with the desire to build and manage internal and external relationships
Exceptional organizational skills including organization of multiple, conflicting priorities at any given time
Persuasive communication skills, verbal and written
Thrive in ambiguous, fast paced environment
Strategic vision with ability to execute on strategy
Expert level PowerPoint skills
Compelling writing skills with the ability to tell a story
Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or university; or equivalent combination of education and marketing related experience.
5+ years experience in Marketing
2+ years of experience in an Recruitment Process Outosourcing ( RPO ) or agency setting
