CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Controller for a reputable and growing client in the Irving area. As the Controller, you will be an integral part of financial planning, accounting, payroll and billing functions for the company as a whole. Qualified candidates will have experience in mergers & acquisitions, financial reporting, team supervision and tax preparation. This is an exciting opportunity for you to be able to grow in your career as the company grows!


Requirements & Responsibilities for the Controller:

  • 8+ years Accounting Management experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA and/or MBA preferred
  • Experience handling Mergers & Acquisitions


Compensation for the Controller:

Employment type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Salary/Pay: $150-175K

Location: On-site

Benefits: Full benefits including MDV, 401K w/ match and PTO!
