About this Position
In this role, you will be accountable for leading a high-functioning business consulting team to drive customer success and ensure client projects are delivered to a high standard from an overall solutions perspective. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of business solution consultants, ensuring their deliverables align to process, technology and Cantactix best practices. As such, this leader is responsible for recruiting and retaining talent and ensuring individual development and growth of their teammates.This role will also be heavily engaged in sales pipeline development and participate in gathering
client requirements to develop project estimates and timelines that will drive overall value for
the customer.
You will have an opportunity to develop unique solutions for a thriving space and category management community with a blend of leading applications and Cantactix proprietary software.
Reporting to the VP, Consulting Services

- Oversee multiple client initiatives ensuring overall solution and process approach aligns with industry best practices
- Maintain team utilization and ensure team is driving value to overall business objectives

- Evangelize Cantactix capabilities to the broader market

- Strengthen relationships with internal and external partners
- Drive client value realization by ensuring projects are delivered within Scope, within Budget, and on time.
- Partner with our Sales team to grow Consulting services pipeline to achieve revenue goals
- Collaborate to scope and estimate client engagements ensuring budget, schedule and resources are aligned

Skills and Experience
- Expert-Level Skills with Blue Yonder (JDA) and Other Leading Category Management Solutions: Proven record of leading and providing solutions across multiple engagements using two or more modules.
- Broad Understanding of Process Touchpoints: Comprehensive understanding of how Category Management processes impact various operational touchpoints.
- Sector Experience: Experience working across diverse sectors, including Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
- Consulting Experience: Prior experience in a consulting capacity, including leading teams of consultants, managing client engagements, and delivering impactful solutions.
- Presentation Skills: Proven ability to present compelling solutions to business and leadership teams.
- Influencing and Partnership Skills: Experience influencing various leaders within an organization, establishing strong partnerships, and driving success for both customers and Cantactix.
- Leadership and Organizational Skills: Demonstrates strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent level of industry-related experience
