This role is pivotal in expanding our reach and ensuring that our services are accessible to those who need them most.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential referral sources, partners, and opportunities within the Medicaid sector.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies.
- Build and Maintain Relationships:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with referral sources to ensure a steady stream of patient referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Promote Facility Services:
- Actively promote our treatment programs to potential referral sources through presentations, meetings, and networking events.
- Educate healthcare providers and community organizations about our services, treatment philosophy, and success rates.
- Achieve Growth Targets:
- Meet or exceed established growth targets and performance metrics for patient referrals and admissions.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management.
- Maintain Knowledge of Industry Trends:
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in substance abuse treatment and Medicaid services.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably within the healthcare or substance abuse treatment sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Medicaid programs and regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving business development targets and fostering strong professional relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for helping individuals overcome addiction and achieve lasting recovery.
