Job Details
The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for:
Mechanical systems design and equipment specification.
Code analysis.
Energy modeling.
Sustainability certification documentation such as LEED, Passivhaus, and Living Building Challenge.
Life cycle cost analysis.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from an accredited college or university.
At least 15 years of experience in mechanical design.
PE (Professional Engineer) license.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software for Building Information Modeling (BIM).
Background in field work and documenting existing engineering conditions.
