We’re a growing startup that helps companies find remote workers. We offer office space, HR management, and IT support. We’re successful and expanding quickly. We need an experienced Director of Sales to help us grow even more.

  • Job Description:

As the Director of Sales, you’ll play a big role in increasing our sales and expanding our customer base. You’ll lead our sales team, create and follow sales plans, and find new clients. We’re looking for someone who can start making a difference right away.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and Motivate

Team Management: Lead and motivate the sales team to hit their targets.

Training: Create training programs to improve the team’s skills.

Performance Reviews: Set goals and regularly check in with the team to offer feedback.

  • Plan and Achieve

Sales Strategy: Create and follow sales plans to meet our goals.

Market Research: Keep up with industry trends and competitors.

Forecasting: Predict sales and make plans to reach our targets.

  • Build Relationships

Client Acquisition: Find and reach out to potential clients, explain our value, and close deals.

Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they’re happy and looking for more

opportunities to help them.

Partnerships: Find and build partnerships to expand our reach.

Improve and Use Tools

Process Improvement: Improve our sales processes to make them more efficient.

Technology: Use tools like CRM systems to manage and track sales.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Director of Sales or in a senior sales role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to create and execute sales plans.

Knowledge of sales strategies and market research.

Experience With CRM Systems And Other Sales Tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A track record of achieving sales targets.

Spanish is a plus; all of our team members are bilingual.
