Our client is an industry-leading advertising and media agency headquartered in the west metro of Minneapolis. Successful selling digital and physical media solutions throught the US, they have established themselves as the #1 choice for Fortune 500 and local companies alike.
They have partnered with SkyWater to find their next Director of Sales to spearhead their strategic efforts with the local sales team. Open due to promotion, the previous Director is looking to replace themself with a proven leader. The ideal candidate has a strong background in media, and is a hands-on sales manager skilled in team development and strategy. They will be on-site in the west metro, traveling 1-2 times per month to support sales representatives and close business.
This executive leader will be managing 5-10 direct reports, eventually taking over a team of 16. They will be working cross-functionally with the Sales Ops and Customer Support team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top-performing and established company in the media & advertising space.
