We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated professionals to be an integral part of our sales and customer service team. Our company is built on a firm belief in customer service and providing true value to our clients. Our Customer Relations team is the key to this approach as we help our clients manage their sales needs and meet their expansion goals.

Entry Level Customer Relations Manager Responsibilities:

  • Maintain existing relationships with clients
  • Plan and run presentations with the goal of making sales and growing brand awareness
  • Provide excellent customer service to every customer by informing and educating them about the brands and product details
  • Cultivate new opportunities within assigned territories through on-site visits
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Support all team members
  • Identify sales trends and potential opportunities for growth within the territory
  • Product knowledge to offer outstanding customer experience

Entry Level Customer Relations Manager Qualifications:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Self-motivated, determined, and confident
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • 0-2 Years experience in Territory Sales, or related field
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred (not required)
  • Travel is required
