The Role: Executive Director, Product Management (Engineering Workbench)

The Role:

As Executive Director, you will be responsible for product strategy, product maintenance and innovation, and go-to-market. This position is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth through extensive understanding of market needs and requirements to solve customer problems. In doing so, this position interfaces greatly with clients, as well as internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, customer experience and software development, to deliver innovative solutions for the market.

Responsibilities: On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be working across various PM and cross-functional teams in carrying out the core responsibilities of your role.

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with key business stakeholders to develop and communicate a clear product and content strategy and roadmap for the Parts business and align it with the company’s overall goals and vision.
  • Parts Product Portfolio Management: Oversee the portfolio of product solutions associated with the Parts business throughout their product life cycle. Manage all Parts products and content to ensures a balanced and competitive portfolio. Use data and analytics to drive decisions regarding new product and content development, enhancements and product discontinuations.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with key Parts business stakeholders, sales, development, content operations, marketing, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives, alignment with company goals and effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Customer Focus: Engage with key customers to collect feedback and insights, ensuring that solutions meet our customer’s requirements and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Revenue Growth: Collaborate with key business stakeholders on developing pricing strategies, sales enablement materials, marketing and promotional concepts to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Lead the team responsible for gathering, understanding and articulating market requirements to support customer workflow problems. Responsible for product roadmap and prioritizing enhancements
  • Develops development investment business cases for management approval
  • Evolves the products through buy, build or partner strategies
  • Shapes and leads customer discovery activities, including user groups plus deep analytics of usage data

What We’re Looking For: An individual inspired by our mission who is aligned with the values of our firm and brings the following skills and experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required, MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • At least 15 years' experience in product management with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Industry experience in engineering preferred, 10 years in SaaS solution product management required.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on driving revenue and margins.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
  • Ability to articulate product positioning to both a business and technical audience
  • Be curious and passionate with a strong desire to learn

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):

Accuris states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $180,000 - $210,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional benefits.
