We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the NFL FILMS Field Acquisition Dept. In this role, you will work in the vital position of supporting our Camera Department, Location Sound Department, and the NFL Enhanced Audio Department projects to ensure smooth Game Day operation of our productions.
Essential Functions
$40 — $55 USD

Essential Functions
- Game Day live “in game” communication / troubleshooting for the Camera Dept, Post Game Pressers, Location Sound, and NFL Enhanced Audio.
- Provide administrative support to the Field Acquisition Dept.
- Assist in the coordination of Camera and Sound equipment prep and shipping.
- Technical Preparation and Programming of Robotic Camera systems.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of camera equipment inventory.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the NFL Films production process.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of Post Shoot reports.
- 2 Years of College
- 2 Years of proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within the entertainment industry
- Bachelor's degree in film production, communications, or a related field.
- Certifications for Film and Audio Achievements
- 5 Years of proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within the entertainment industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of camera equipment and terminology is a valued plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- A passion for the sports industry and familiarity with NFL FILMS' content is preferred.

- Minimal Travel required for special events 3 times per season.
- 40 Hours per week
- This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job. The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
$40 — $55 USD
