Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing accounting operations, overseeing team of 15 staff accountants, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS, and producing financial reports.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and enforce accounting policies and procedures.
Oversee accounting department operations and structure.
Ensure timely payment of accounts payable and manage vendor relationships.
Align accounting processes with GAAP and financial legislation.
Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate financial records and manage audits and reconciliations.
Support other departments in financial decision-making.
Stay informed about finance industry developments.
Maintain chart of accounts and financial systems.
Implement controls to mitigate risk.

Qualifications
Education: BA in accounting or business administration or equivalent.
Experience: 12+ years in accounting/finance. expiernce Multiple enity and accounting
Computer Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (pivot tables, vlookups, macros) and 12+ years with Great Plains or similar systems.
Language Ability: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred experience: in Docuphase and Blackline
Work Environment/Physical Demands

Manual dexterity for handling small objects.
