We are looking for a focused “Finance Manager" with 5-8 years of experience for our office in Kingston, NJ.
Roles & Responsibilities
Extensive experience in financial budgeting
Finance Manager, highly responsible for coordinating and reviewing the work including Accounting, Data Processing, Budgeting, Payroll, Purchasing and program financial statements and fiscal reports
Maintain day to day internal accounting and reporting system to track expenditures and revenues
Plan, manage, direct and implement the accounting, budget and finance functions to include general ledger, related cash receipts, cash disbursement and bank reconciliation
Preparation of the financial reports and schedules, reviews all financial reports for accuracy and compliance with rules and regulations
Assist in the planning for additional funding sources, Review all Coalition financial transactions and year end audits
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Economics required (Required)
Experience: 5-8 years (Required)
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15-20 hours per week
