Finance Manager

Northside Hospital System is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Financial Leader to oversee the development, maintenance, and utilization of our Long Range Financial Model. This critical role will be instrumental in supporting strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial forecasts, analyses, and insights.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the Northside Long Range Financial Model.
• Oversee data collection and validation to ensure model accuracy.
• Produce comprehensive financial forecasts, including short-term, long-term, and sensitivity analyses.
• Develop and maintain campus-level financial plans and reporting.
• Monitor model reliability and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Supervise a team of financial analysts, providing leadership, guidance, and development.
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses, bench marking, and reporting.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of four years of experience in hospital/healthcare finance and decision support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, and Word.
• Strong understanding of SQL server and data warehouse structures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
