Job Description

Financial Analyst will work closely with the US Crop Protection (CP) Key Account Management (KAM) team and the respective finance business partner, to redeem complex corporate offers

This position will be in a hybrid work setting in our Greensboro, NC headquarters. Expectation is to be onsite 3 days per week.

  • Analyst will support the US commercial finance team with discount exposure analysis, management business reviews, and functional expense management.
  • Analyst is expected to ensure corporate offers are accurately redeemed. This involves working with KAM team to review contracts, provide guidance on redemption, calculate, configure, and provide related reporting.
  • Analyst must ensure offers are accurately and timely calculated and paid. Responsible for ~$300m in payments.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, finance, Business Administration or equivalent experience

  • 2 to 5 years accounting/finance experience.
  • Experience working with contracts.
  • Experience in financial planning, analysis, modeling and benchmarking.
  • Experience with standard financial analysis tools, i.e., NPV, risk assessment, and value creation.
  • Must have experience with a data visualization tool (SAP Cloud Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
