Franchise Sales- Commercial Real Estate

TITLE: Franchise Sales - Western US


Unique opportunity to join a global commercial real estate franchisor to directly impact a second wave of growth. Seeking passionate, collaborative, and driven sales talent capable of innovative impact in a quickly advancing industry.


Position Overview


The Director of Regional Growth is responsible for new franchise sales related to the development of new locations for the brand(s) assigned to Western United States and Canada. You will be responsible for quota driven sales initiatives including prospecting, qualifying, meeting and closing transactions.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own franchise sales initiatives: prospecting, qualifying, meeting and closing transactions
  • Develop, institute and manage a process for qualifying candidates and ensuring their successful transition into the SVN platform and culture
  • Interface with others in a professional manner and be a trusted and collaborative team member
  • Forecast industry trends and identify new opportunities 
  • Own and manage your territory and pipeline
  • Relationship management with franchisees
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecasting practices 
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Report to EVP of Operations


Required Attributes:

  • Experience in commercial real estate and/or CRE Tech preferred
  • Experience or exposure to franchise models preferred
  • Advanced technology proficiency a must 
  • Communicate clearly and precisely in verbal and written forms to team members and prospective candidates
  • Compile and review quantitative sales data and react rapidly to changing trends or new competitive threats and opportunities
  • Excellent in person and virtual presentation skills
  • Confident personality, strong self-image, positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and ability to work in a sales environment
  • Behavioral characteristics & personality that provides for an even-handed approach to problem resolution. Ability to handle rejection
  • Ability to work flexible hours (a non-typical Monday-Friday schedule)
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to withstand the pressures of occasional to frequent travel 

Education & Experience:


Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university, preferred but not required. 


Experience: 5 - 10 years related experience in strategic sales or franchise sales with proven track record of success, and surpassing quota. Industry experience in commercial real estate is strongly preferred.
