Purpose Statement

The Group Controller provides financial oversight and counsel to multiple manufacturing facilities and their leadership team while ensuring adherence to all internal and external financial policies and controls. This role will support our Value-Added Bakery category.

Key Accountabilities And Outcomes

• Review performance vs. plan with Sr. Operational Directors to identify variances to plan and to identify risks and opportunities
• Product cost standards are kept current in regards to product specifications, process changes, and impacts from capital expenditures
• Provide actual return on investment analysis and identify gaps
• Ensure all appropriate financial controls are in place and adhered to
• Ensure standardization in all types of reporting within business units
• Coordinate performance scorecards measurements between Sr. Directors and Plant Controllers
• Support the category PCT team with ongoing and Adhoc Analyses and input to long range financials
• Provide leadership, development opportunities and guidance to their facilities’ accounting teams (direct reports).

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

• 4 year degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 10 years of financial accounting experience
• Minimum 8 years operations/cost experience preferred
• Managerial experience
• Activity Based Costing experience desirable
• MBA/CMA preferred
• Strong PC skills, proficiency with Windows, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• SAP Experience preferred
• Experience with Oracle HP and Integrated ABC models a plus
• Travel is required ~25% of the time

Compensation

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$115,040.00 - $172,560.00
