As the Head of B2B Demand Generation, you will be the architect and driving force behind our enterprise, mid-market, and SMB demand generation playbook. You will own the entire funnel—from driving awareness and generating high-quality leads to nurturing prospects and securing meetings for our sales team. This is a hands-on role where your strategic vision and execution prowess will be equally tested and rewarded.

Your Impact

  • Own the marketing-driven revenue pipeline and drive full-funnel marketing in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Partner with sales teams, especially SDRs, to develop outbound plays that complement our inbound marketing strategy.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B demand generation marketing strategy and execution plan aligned with our business objectives and ROI targets.
  • Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel B2B demand generation campaigns, including paid media, outbound email, content marketing, webinars, events, and social media engagement, resulting in booked meetings for the sales team.
  • Leverage Otter.ai’s robust self-serve user base to identify and generate high-quality PQLs (product-qualified leads) through data analysis and targeted lifecycle campaigns, working closely with analytics and our lifecycle marketing manager.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key B2B industry influencers, analysts, and partners to expand our reach.
  • Own and drive our meetings booked KPI, ensuring we consistently hit our aggressive targets through optimized inbound efforts and expanded outbound efforts.
  • Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Work closely with the Data and Finance teams to improve attribution, forecast, and report on ROI, and communicate results to leadership.
  • Stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving marketing landscape by exploring and implementing innovative strategies.

We’re looking for someone who

  • Has 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing with hands-on experience in a B2B SaaS business that utilizes a PLG GTM.
  • Has a proven track record of success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of B2B lead generation, nurturing, and qualification processes, particularly in SaaS businesses with self-serve engines.
  • Has deep expertise in data analysis and marketing automation tools with hands-on experience in HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Is highly proficient in G-Suite, notably Sheets and Excel, with the ability to perform v-lookups, pivots, index/match, build driver/assumption-based models, etc.
  • Has excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Is a strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality, able to translate vision into action.
  • Is passionate about AI and the future of work, with a genuine desire to make a difference.
  • Has experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Possesses a creative spark and a knack for storytelling.
  • Has a strong understanding of the AI meeting assistant landscape and its competitors (preferred).

Salary range

Salary Range: $210,000 to $250,000 USD per year.

This salary range represents the low and high end of the estimated salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered for the role is dependent based on several factors. Our base salary is just one component of our comprehensive total rewards package.
