Job Description

You will lead the strategic deployment of Hebbia with our customers, and in doing so, define the future of Enterprise AI.

You will be responsible for developing and scaling a talented team of Engagement Managers (ex-bankers, investors, consultants, lawyers), who are the primary owners of business and technical relationships with our customers.

The Hebbia Engagement team has done more Enterprise AI deployments than any other in the world. Your role is to become a leading expert at the intersection of Enterprise AI and AI Product, and use this to:

  • Help our customers reinvent their professions
  • Shape the future of the Hebbia product

Responsibilities

Define the future of Enterprise AI: Define the value of AI knowledge workers, create the change management playbook, and use it to make our customers wildly successful

  • Grow Hebbia’s net ARR ($XXmn) by an order of magnitude
  • Define success with customer executives up front – and overdeliver
  • Discover the most valuable ways to use AI knowledge workers and help our customers reinvent their professions
  • Become a trusted strategic advisor to our customers

Scale a brilliant, cohesive, and ambitious Engagement function:

  • Build, hire, and develop a world-class team that can experiment, win, fail and learn together
  • Create and deploy a change management playbook as we expand across verticals to scale the function and company
  • Coach and upskill the team to drive day-to-day user value, project manage multi-million dollar roll-outs and build executive buy-in

Help the whole Hebbia team win:

  • Partner with our GTM teams and support on sales, bringing deep expertise on how our current customers are using Hebbia
  • Be the voice of the customer across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing
  • Collaborate on product development and roll-outs

Who You Are

  • 10-15 years of experience in consulting and/or fast paced B2B startups selling to professional services
  • 10+ years of experience leading and scaling large teams in an environment with explosive growth
  • A world-class, cogent communicator – both verbal and written
  • You run hard, leaving nothing on the table
  • You build respect and trust with executive sponsors and end users
  • You’re excited about becoming the world’s leading expert on how AI agents are integrated into the workforce
  • You’re excited about partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams to put capable AI in the hands of 1 billion people by 2030
