Head of Supply Chain

As the Head of Supply Chain, you will play a critical role in optimizing and overseeing supply chain operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective supply chain processes, contributing to the seamless production and distribution of high-quality pharmaceuticals. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet business goals
• Manage relationships with global suppliers, product management, and operations
• Optimize supply chain processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to drive supply chain improvements
• Implement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance productivity
• Establish standards and guidelines for logistics, warehousing, and distribution
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management (preferably in a manufacturing environment or other regulated industry)
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics best practices
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
