House Manager oversee’s the day to day operations of our assisted living community. This includes hiring, ,training , scheduling and monitoring the caregivers to deliver quality care to the residents. Resolving any concerns involving residents, families, staff, and outside partners. Maintaining positive relationships with all residents and family members. Assist the administrator in maintaining regulatory compliance . The house manager ensures that activities are run daily. Maintaining current and accurate resident records, including medication orders.
